This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main contact between event operations centers, clients, and designated zone leads.
• Supervise various operational zones to ensure uniformity, effective communication, and accountability.
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness of the situation across assigned zones and provide timely updates to leadership or clients.
• Identify potential risks, crowd flow challenges, or staffing shortages proactively and escalate as necessary.
• Lead on-site security or guest service teams to guarantee a positive guest experience and adherence to all protocols.
• Implement event-specific Concepts of Operations (CONOP) and coordinate with public safety partners, venue staff, and security companies.
• Keep precise records of incidents, client feedback, and significant operational developments.
• Serve as a liaison between Stratoscope leadership and representatives from clients or production agencies.
• Encourage collaboration with venue management, staffing agencies, and security supervisors.
• Assist guard supervisors in ensuring that post orders are understood, communicated, and adhered to.
• Train and mentor frontline staff on guest engagement, communication, and access control standards.
• Manage and facilitate executive or VIP movements with discretion and professionalism.
• Educate, supervise, and assess guard staff performance and compliance with post orders.
• Monitor designated risk areas, proactively flagging potential disruptions or protests, and deescalate issues according to the appropriate response CONOP.
• Facilitate communication between law enforcement, EMS, and the client to ensure coordinated responses.
• Oversee communications, dispatches, and incident tracking among all stakeholders while supporting overall team needs (printing post orders, procuring team snacks, uniform distribution, etc.).
• Monitor entry points, anticipate crowd flow challenges, and uphold guest safety and satisfaction.
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: event or venue security operations, law enforcement, military, or public safety service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and radio etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure.
• Timeliness, professionalism, and a polished personal appearance.
• Capability to work extended assignments (Real ID / valid passport and credit card).
