• Oversee logistics for tradeshows, roadshows, and internal events in accordance with established plans and objectives.
• Create and maintain run-of-show documents, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with stakeholder contributions.
• Manage event operations including venue logistics, BEO specifications, AV setup, and shipping timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to achieve event objectives, coordinate staffing, and facilitate on-site activities.
• Handle daily communication with vendors (agencies, production, venues, freight, staffing) to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Monitor event timelines and deliverables, raising any risks or issues as necessary to ensure successful execution.
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense reconciliation, ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Aid in the documentation and upkeep of event playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide on-site event assistance to guarantee smooth execution and address operational issues as they occur.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event operations with a strong emphasis on logistics execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing tradeshows, roadshows, and large-scale events with intricate operational demands.
• Proficiency in run-of-show (RKO) planning and on-site event management.
• Experience in managing substantial budgets, vendors, and multiple event programs simultaneously.
• Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, CVENT, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for on-site event management.
