• Take charge of the Event Strategy & Pipeline.
• Create a detailed annual events calendar that includes major industry trade shows, regional roadshows, partner events, and proprietary summits.
• Employ best practices along with innovative methods to craft unique experiences for potential customers.
• Own the quarterly event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline objectives in collaboration with Sales.
• Set the vision for booth design, creative storytelling, and "on-floor" experiences that position Jump as the most talked-about brand at any event.
• Oversee all logistics, including contract negotiations, vendor management, and on-site operations.
• Create impactful "fringe" events such as VIP dinners, after-parties, and executive briefings.
• Develop a scalable "event-in-a-box" framework for regional field marketing and partner-led events.
• Work alongside Brand Marketing to guarantee our on-stage presence and demonstrations are of the highest standard.
• Recruit and mentor a small team of event professionals as we continue to expand rapidly.
• Monitor and assess the ROI of every event, moving beyond simple "booth scans" to evaluate actual pipeline impact and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Establish thorough post-event follow-up procedures in collaboration with the SDR and Sales teams.
• Manage the overall events budget with accuracy, ensuring impactful spending.
• Collaborate with RevOps to guarantee smooth lead routing and attribution from the event floor to Salesforce.
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B event marketing, particularly focused on enterprise events.
• SaaS Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale presences at significant industry trade shows.
• Strategic Perspective: You possess the creative insight to help us develop genuinely novel experiences that yield substantial impact.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency with CRM data (Salesforce) and the ability to link event activities to revenue.
