• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to create experiences that inspire, qualify, and motivate customers and prospects to engage in a deeper partnership with InEvent.
• Formulate, communicate, and execute a strategy with ambitious objectives that enhance our brand reputation in the market, generate leads, and expedite deal cycles.
• Stay informed about industry trends and performance through competitive analysis and market research, converting insights into strategic pillars.
• Foster brand loyalty and cultivate customer advocates by emphasizing customer-first experiences and reflecting our values in our events and communities.
• Oversee the planning of personalized experiences that enhance engagement with our key accounts and promising prospects.
• Manage a comprehensive lead process that effectively creates and progresses opportunities.
• Establish efficient collaboration processes with all departments involved in the execution of our experiences.
• Act as a player-coach within the team, being comfortable and willing to execute down to the finest detail.
• Lead the budgeting and reporting for events, negotiate with vendors, and optimize company expenses.
• Coordinate the transportation and shipment of goods, including selecting methods, timing, and adjusting shipments to meet arrival dates and secure the best pricing.
• Represent the company by providing product knowledge for demonstrations and handling application submissions.
• Fluent in English.
• Aged between 18 - 27.
• Recent university graduate.
• Ability to multitask and manage a 40-hour work week without interruptions.
• Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Committed to continuous learning.
• Own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection.
• Experience in event management, including the execution of B2B technology marketing events.
• Agency or corporate marketing background with a focus on consumer experiential events is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing successful, fully-integrated event or consumer marketing programs with significant market or consumer impact, while remaining on time and within budget.
• Experience with online event platforms and digital event tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and expectation-setting abilities.
• Outstanding capability to drive the event's strategy and experience, grounded in a deep understanding of our company, customers, and market trends.
