• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to create experiences that engage, qualify, and motivate our customers and prospects to pursue a more profound partnership with InEvent.
• Formulate, communicate, and implement a strategy with ambitious objectives that enhance our brand's reputation in the market, generate leads, and expedite deal cycles.
• Remain informed about industry trends and performance through competitive analysis and market research, converting insights into strategic pillars.
• Foster brand loyalty and cultivate customer advocates by prioritizing customer-first experiences and reflecting our values in our events and communities.
• Oversee the planning of tailored experiences that deepen engagement with our key accounts and promising prospects.
• Manage a comprehensive lead process that efficiently generates and advances opportunities.
• Establish effective collaboration processes with all departments involved in supporting the execution of our experiences.
• Work alongside the team in a player-coach capacity, being comfortable and willing to execute even the smallest details.
• Lead the budgeting and reporting for events, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing company expenditures.
• Coordinate the transportation and shipment of goods, including selecting methods, timing shipments, and adjusting shipments to meet arrival dates while securing the best prices.
• Represent the company by providing product knowledge for demonstrations and filing applications.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 27.
• Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask and effectively balance a 40-hour work week without interruptions.
• Resilience with a positive can-do attitude is essential.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning is required.
• Must own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection.
• Experience in event management, particularly in executing B2B technology marketing events.
• A background in agency or corporate marketing, with a focus on consumer experiential events, is highly preferred.
• A proven track record of delivering successful, fully-integrated event or consumer marketing programs that have significant market or consumer impact while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with online event platforms and tools for digital events is advantageous.
