• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in commercial roles such as Key Account, Business Development, or Sales Leadership.
• Strong background in international or multi-country environments.
• Proven success in managing large strategic accounts.
• Experience with distributor-led or indirect sales models.
• Comfortable functioning within a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across various countries and functions.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Data-driven and structured approach to performance management (KPIs, pipeline, forecasts).
• Hands-on mindset: not only defining strategy but also ensuring its execution.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English as a business language.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
