Europe Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide coverage support for both Central and Western Europe.

• Assist in the efforts of FrontierView’s macroeconomic analysis team.

• Generate insights related to economic, political, and business research within Europe.

• Aid executives in making strategic and planning decisions.

• Inform essential business decisions across Europe.

• Perform ongoing research and maintain continuous market coverage of FrontierView’s European portfolio.

• Conduct analyses in macroeconomics, business, and politics.

• Develop macroeconomic forecasts for specific markets.

• Create, sustain, and rigorously evaluate perspectives on major market-related issues.

• Present FrontierView’s outlook to senior executives of multinational organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International Relations; a master’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Proven knowledge of macroeconomics through prior experience or relevant academic coursework.

• Capability to merge quantitative and qualitative insights and present the analysis in a clear yet concise manner.

• Strong understanding of economic impacts and their direct implications for businesses within a European context is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated awareness of European policy and economic issues.

• Ability to work with extensive datasets, with skills in conducting statistical analyses being a significant advantage.

• Strong aptitude for combining quantitative and qualitative insights to create actionable content.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in another European language is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional time and project management abilities.

• Proven capability to address a range of topics and issues, including those that may be unfamiliar.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
