This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Contribute to groundbreaking customer service initiatives for dynamic clients.

• Address inquiries via phone and written communication, always prioritizing exceptional customer service.

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with our internal teams.
• You must reside in an EU country and possess a registered business with a VAT ID.
• Previous experience as an agent or in a comparable role is required.
• You must speak and write German at either C1 or C2 level — clearly, accurately, and with a customer-focused approach.
• A friendly demeanor, solution-driven mindset, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• You should be adept at using standard tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing platforms.
• You must be officially registered as a freelancer and have authorization to work within the EU.
