Estimator – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate precise cost estimates, budgets, and comprehensive take-offs in accordance with project plans and specifications.

• Evaluate drawings, materials, labor, and time requirements to create competitive bids.

• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and proposals.

• Identify potential risks, opportunities for cost savings, and options for value engineering.

• Maintain and refresh cost databases and estimating tools regularly.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from the moment they are awarded until completion.

• Create project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.

• Monitor project progress, costs, and performance in relation to the budget.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing issues as they arise.

• Manage change orders, variations, and contract administration efficiently.

• Must possess proficiency in Buildxact.

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and/or project management within the construction or a similar industry.

• Strong comprehension of construction methods, materials, and pricing structures.

• Capability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately.

• Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong skills in project management and organizational tasks.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficient in estimating and project management software.

• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
