Estimator – Project Controls Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure initiatives including roads, bridges, and civil works.

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing assessments related to labor, materials, and equipment.

• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements thoroughly.

• Monitor project costs and assess budget performance against actual expenditures.

• Assist in cost forecasting and reporting activities.

• Create Excel-based tools and templates for enhanced estimating and reporting.

• Enhance and standardize cost control procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with estimating, project management, and finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience (10+ years preferred) in estimating or project controls.

• Familiarity with infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and civil works.

• Solid understanding of construction techniques, labor, equipment, and materials.

• Proficient in Excel (mandatory).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Must be available to work during U.S. EST business hours.

• Reliable internet connectivity is required.
