Ventilation Hygiene Engineer – Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a two-person team specializing in ventilation hygiene across the areas of Reading, Slough, and Bracknell.

• Conduct grease extraction and fire damper testing with an emphasis on safety and professionalism.

• Perform inspections and drop testing on fire dampers.

• Clean commercial kitchen extraction systems in accordance with TR19 Grease standards.

• Identify and report any defects found during inspections.

• Oversee productivity while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Produce precise reports that include photographic evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential prior experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning.

• Must possess a full UK driving licence.

• A valid CSCS card is required.

• Capability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

• A proactive, can-do attitude accompanied by good physical fitness.
