ZScaler Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and capture client needs and requirements

• Create solution architectures

• Implement deployment and management strategies for customer projects

• Support presales activities and define services engagements

• Deliver presentations to potential clients

⛳️ Requirements

• ZScaler Delivery Specialist certification or a Sales Engineer willing to obtain the Certified Delivery Specialist status

• Extensive experience with ZPA is essential

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ZScaler in roles such as solution architect, technical consultant, or support professional

• Strong foundational knowledge in networking and cybersecurity

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise networks and cybersecurity practices

• Familiarity with enterprise change control processes and documentation

• Knowledge of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, and SSL

• Proficient in using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark

• Understanding of SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and OKTA is advantageous

• Network and Security certifications are a plus

• Ability to obtain clearance if necessary
