This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop precise cost estimates and project proposals for both residential and commercial initiatives.

• Examine and interpret construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications.

• Employ digital estimation software for material take-offs.

• Define project scope and expectations through interactions with clients.

• Oversee project tasks, timelines, and necessary follow-ups.

• Work collaboratively with clients in the US and procurement teams to uphold project standards and competitive pricing.

• Foster professional relationships with clients to promote ongoing satisfaction and business development.

• Support documentation efforts, including purchase orders, meeting notes, and communications with suppliers and vendors.

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail in the analysis of construction drawings.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD.

• Basic mathematical skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities.

• 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation or a related field.

• Skilled in AutoCAD and any estimation tools.

• Familiar with construction standards and blueprint interpretation.

• Experience with US-based projects is mandatory.

• Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or comparable estimation standards.
