📋 Description

• Assess incoming job requests, including images, videos, and descriptions, to establish clear and comprehensive scopes of work.

• Identify necessary tasks, materials, tools, and the estimated time required for each job.

• Ensure that scopes are detailed enough for execution without the need for further clarification.

• Recognize any missing or ambiguous information and proactively reach out to homeowners to address these gaps.

• Engage with homeowners to clarify their requests, set appropriate expectations, and prepare them for forthcoming visits.

• Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to homeowners throughout the pre-visit phase.

• Highlight jobs that fall outside the scope, pose safety concerns, or necessitate licensed specialists.

• Uphold consistency in scoping standards across various job categories.

• Strive for a balance between speed and accuracy, scoping jobs efficiently without compromising quality.

• Utilize field feedback to continually enhance scoping precision.

• Minimize job failures, rework, and scope creep through improved initial definitions.

• Keep meticulous documentation of scopes, notes, and assumptions.

• Assist operations with managing queues and prioritizing incoming requests.

• Detect trends in mis-scoped jobs and refine guidelines to avert recurring issues.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in handyman services, construction, maintenance, or a related field.

• Strong capability to evaluate jobs remotely using images, videos, and written descriptions.

• Proven experience in direct communication with customers or homeowners.

• Familiarity with common home repair tasks, materials, tools, and time estimations.

• Proficient in breaking down work into clear, actionable scopes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Capable of managing multiple jobs at once without compromising quality.

• Dependable and responsive, ensuring that work does not remain unattended or overlooked.
