Estimator – Claims Closure Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare complete and precise Xactimate invoices for finished water, mold, and fire restoration projects within 24 hours after their completion.

• Gather supporting materials, including photographs and moisture logs.

• Deliver complete claim files to insurance carriers within 48 hours.

• Carry out claim follow-ups on a fixed, alternating bi-weekly basis.

• Ensure full claim payment and minimize average days-to-payment across the portfolio.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to synchronize scope, documentation, and job status throughout the claims process.

• Strong grasp of property insurance claims.

• Capability to meticulously manage a large volume of active files.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Competence in identifying discrepancies and managing adjuster pushback.

• Ability to contact clients for private payment collection.

• Highly organized and capable of adhering to strict write-up and submission deadlines.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating and sketching.

• Familiarity with restoration platforms such as DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or Jobber.

• Highly dependable internet connection.

• Prepared to work securely on a personal device, potentially using a VPN.
