Estimator – Bluebeam, PVC Wall

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects in Australia.

• Assess architectural, structural, and shop drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Conduct digital take-offs utilizing Bluebeam Revu.

• Estimate requirements for PVC wall systems, including materials, accessories, and installation.

• Solicit and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Develop tender submissions, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pricing schedules.

• Identify risks, scope gaps, and opportunities for cost savings during the estimating phase.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, sales teams, and clients to clarify project needs.

• Maintain estimating databases, cost libraries, and historical pricing records.

• Ensure compliance of estimates with Australian building standards, project specifications, and company protocols.

• Support post-tender clarifications and transition to the project delivery team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an Estimator for construction projects in Australia.

• In-depth knowledge of Australian construction practices and tendering procedures.

• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for performing quantity take-offs and document markups.

• Experience in estimating PVC wall systems or similar interior wall/cladding products.

• Capability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings effectively.

• Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
