• Work in conjunction with estimators and project managers to guarantee thorough bid proposals.

• Employ on-screen takeoff software for efficiency and accuracy.

• Over 6 years of experience in quantity takeoff and estimating.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes.

• Proficient in any on-screen takeoff software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, OST, etc.
