Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist the Fleet Maintenance team by evaluating and confirming all vendor estimates.

• Oversee the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure precision.

• Coordinate with rental locations to offer feedback and coaching for expedited approvals.

• Keep audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair facilities.

• Gather and assess vendor performance, providing management with evaluations and suggestions.

• Support with additional responsibilities as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in repair estimation.

• Proficient in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or comparable software.

• Knowledge of vehicle salvage.

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding decision-making capabilities.

• Flexible, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
