Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop conceptual estimates with limited information to support and guide clients at the early stages of a project.

• Identify and coordinate with electrical trade partners during the planning phase.

• Assist in managing the electrical estimating process and establish electrical estimating databases.

• Gather and organize all bid information for input into the historical cost database platform.

• Determine the costs associated with electrical applications.

• Review milestone documents to pinpoint changes in work scope and create pricing for value alternative opportunities.

• Support field operations with pricing for change orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in electrical estimating for projects valued at $1 million and above is preferred.

• Expertise in Estimating Software systems.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plans, and terminology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in technology trends and Bluebeam being advantageous.

• Excellent mathematical skills and strong organizational capabilities.

• Effective communication skills with vendors, customers, field personnel, and colleagues.
