Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate precise estimates and quotations for residential concrete projects.

• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements for new inquiries.

• Create and oversee jobs within Build Paperless.

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates aligned with project scope and requirements.

• Ensure that estimates comply with the company's pricing structures and profit margins.

• Maintain consistency and accuracy throughout all quotations.

• Manage the quoting process seamlessly within Build Paperless.

• Upload plans and project documentation into the AI takeoff workflow.

• Configure estimate inputs and project parameters accordingly.

• Review and validate AI-generated takeoffs and quantities for accuracy.

• Identify discrepancies and make necessary adjustments as required.

• Ensure that estimates are complete and prepared for client submission.

• Handle quote requests from initial inquiry to final estimate delivery.

• Monitor quoting turnaround times and prioritize urgent opportunities effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and their revisions.

• Adhere to internal processes to facilitate a smooth and efficient quoting workflow.

• Assist with quote revisions and updates as necessary.

• Contribute to the enhancement of estimating workflows and system efficiency.

• Provide ideas to optimize quoting processes utilizing Build Paperless and AI tools.

• Support the ongoing refinement of estimating templates and pricing structures.

• Aid in maintaining estimating data and project records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in estimating within the construction, concreting, landscaping, or residential building sectors.

• Proficiency in using Build Paperless is highly preferred.

• Ability to interpret plans and project documentation accurately.

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable working within software-driven estimating systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple quotes at once.

• Experience with Build Paperless, Buildxact, Groundplan, CostX, Cubit, or similar estimating software.

• Background in residential concreting or civil construction.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted takeoff and estimating tools.

• Understanding of residential construction workflows and project costing methodologies.
