Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor mitigation tasks from initiation to completion

• Review and update assignment records to ensure accuracy

• Relay claim updates from field technicians to clients via phone and data entry

• Communicate with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance companies

• Track and report daily activities to the Team Lead

• Prepare Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility

• Carry out additional duties and special projects as directed by the Team Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality (formerly CoreLogic) or Symbility is required

• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating is essential

• Comfortable navigating various software systems in a data entry-intensive, desk-oriented position

• Experience in property restoration, insurance claims, or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with insurance carrier procedures is advantageous

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional customer service

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results under pressure

• Willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9am–6pm EST
