This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

• Develop precise cost estimates and project proposals for both residential and commercial initiatives.

• Examine and interpret construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications.

• Employ digital estimation software for material take-offs.

• Engage with clients to clarify project scope and expectations.

• Oversee project tasks, deadlines, and follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with clients and procurement teams based in the US to ensure that project standards are met and pricing remains competitive.

• Foster professional relationships with clients to enhance ongoing satisfaction and promote business growth.

• Support documentation processes, including purchase orders, meeting minutes, and communications with suppliers and vendors.

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail when analyzing construction drawings.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD.

• Basic mathematical skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities.

• 0-2 years of experience in cost estimation or a related area.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and any estimation tools.

• Understanding of construction standards and the ability to read blueprints.

• Experience with international projects is a plus (not mandatory).

• Familiarity with CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards.
