Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Generate renovation cost estimates utilizing established cost sheets.

• Incorporate projected timelines, necessary permits, and work approvals.

• Collaborate with floor plans and suggest layout modifications as required.

• Deliver estimates to brokers and clients.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the estimation process.

• Support in preparing detailed estimates should clients proceed with the renovation.

• Coordinate with the existing remote estimator and sales team for comprehensive project planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in construction: Background in estimating, engineering, architecture, or project planning.

• Knowledge of renovation projects: Acquaintance with building materials, costs, and labor pricing.

• Strong analytical abilities: Capable of interpreting floor plans and itemizing renovation expenses.

• Technical Skills (Preferred): Experience with AutoCAD, estimating software, or similar applications.

• Proficiency in modifying floor plans for suggested layouts.

• Language Skills: Excellent English communication abilities (not required to be native, but must be clear and professional).
