Estimating Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to develop estimates

• Establish a clear vision and define key standards

• Create the quality control process and implement the estimate-to-actual feedback loop

• Enhance team performance through coaching

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating

• Ability to create comprehensive cost estimates for residential renovations

• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor pricing, and subcontractor scope assessment

• Experience in guiding a team towards a common direction

• Self-motivated individual who thrives without micro-management

• Capable of thinking systemically

• Skilled in managing relationships with the CEO and project managers
