This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of estimators

• Establish a clear vision and set standards

• Develop the quality control process and implement an estimate-to-actual feedback loop

• Enhance performance and mentor estimators

• Expand the team to handle 175 deals

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating

• Created detailed cost estimates for residential renovations, general contracting, or construction projects

• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor pricing, and subcontractor scoping

• Led a team and provided clear direction

• Motivated self-starter who thrives without micro-management

• Ability to think systematically

• Capable of managing upward when the CEO or PM advocates for lower estimates
