This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Accept hand-offs from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.
β’ Engage with clients virtually or in-person to assess their estate planning requirements.
β’ Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.
β’ Compose estate planning documents using your preferred methods or our provided templates.
β’ Remain informed about the latest state regulations.
β’ Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
β’ Manage an established portfolio of clients: Households with average assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
β’ We provide you with clients since they are already part of our network!
β’ Must hold a valid license in the specified state.
β’ Entry-level attorneys will be considered.
β’ Capable of conducting client meetings virtually, but must also be available to meet clients for document execution oversight.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

β’ Ability to lead and make decisive choices.
β’ Strong time management and organizational skills.
β’ Collaborative abilities to transform ideas into strategies with the support of tax, business, and financial advisors.
