Estate and Document Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.

• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to identify their estate planning requirements.

• Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.

• Prepare estate planning documents utilizing your own approach or our established templates.

• Keep abreast of the latest state legislation.

• Work alongside our team of supportive professionals.

• Manage an established portfolio of clients: Households with average assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

• We provide you with clients because they are already part of our clientele!

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license in the specified state.

• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must be innovative and creative.

• E&O insurance is mandatory.

• Ability to take the lead and make decisive choices.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Collaborative ability to convert ideas into actionable strategies in conjunction with tax, business, and financial advisors.
