This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Receive assignments from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services for our clients.
β’ Engage with clients virtually or in-person to assess their estate planning requirements.
β’ Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.
β’ Prepare estate planning documents utilizing your preferred methods or our standardized templates.
β’ Keep informed about the latest state legislation.
β’ Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
β’ Manage an established portfolio: Households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
β’ We provide you with clients as they are already associated with us!
β’ Must hold a license in the specified state.
β’ Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.
β’ Capable of conducting client meetings virtually but must also meet clients in person to supervise document execution.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Innovative and creative mindset.
β’ Proven ability to lead and make decisive choices.
β’ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
β’ Collaborative skills to incorporate ideas into strategies alongside tax, business, and financial advisors.
