• Develop communication and negotiation skills through active engagement with schools.

• Reach out to schools via phone, WhatsApp, and email, with support and guidance from leadership.

• Learn and implement a consultative approach.

• Assist in understanding each school's current situation and showcase the potential of Estante Mágica.

• Utilize CRM tools to help identify and organize new partnerships.

• Monitor personal development through ongoing mentoring.

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of processes within the area.
