This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide support and assistance to the community
• Offer help to hosts and travelers through Hubspot, WhatsApp, and Inbox Worldpackers
• Assist users in resolving conflicts during their experiences on the platform, acting empathetically, professionally, and in alignment with Worldpackers' Policies and Terms of Service
• Respond to feedback and requests in public channels such as Reclame Aqui, Trustpilot, Play Store, and App Store
• Identify, diagnose, and categorize support requests
• Prioritize assistance based on urgency and SLA
• Record feedback and relevant information in the CRM
• Gather insights from the community and report recurring issues to the team
• Share data and learnings with other departments
• Assist in adjustments and updates of host profiles
• Report technical issues and bugs to the technology team
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance user experience
• Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with the team
• Participate in feedback sessions and continuous development rituals
• Pursue constant improvement in product knowledge, customer service, and user experience
• Advanced English proficiency
• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Psychology, Literature, Administration, Tourism, International Relations, Communication, or related fields
• Interest in customer service, community engagement, and user experience
• Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and collaborative economy
• Previous experience in customer service, volunteering, student projects, or community involvement
• Multicultural and global work environment
