This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone and digital support.

• Schedule appointments and assist in the patient's journey.

• Clarify questions regarding treatments and assisted reproductive techniques.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filling out spreadsheets, sending emails, and using operational systems, among others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedicine, preferably between the 3rd and 5th semester.

• Reside in the regions of Rio de Janeiro/RJ or Juiz de Fora/MG.

• Have personal computer and internet access to carry out activities.

• Prior experience in the Healthcare field and/or customer service.

• Work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:15 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:15 PM
