Estagiário em Customer Success – Análise de Dados

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in structuring and optimizing CS processes, with a focus on client onboarding;

• Collect, organize, and analyze client data to support the generation of insights for strategic decision-making;

• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports (first value, adoption, NPS, churn, among others);

• Support the team in documenting processes and creating materials for both the team and clients;

• Help identify improvements and implement new tools to optimize operations;

• Assist in automations and the creation or optimization of processes through AI;

• Support the parametrization, customization, and implementation processes for new clients;

• Provide assistance to the team with client demands when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work remotely from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break;

• Currently pursuing a degree in Social Communication, Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields;

• Interest in data, processes, and technology;

• Interest in AI tools and their application in processes;

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables);

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Good verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to changes easily.

• It’s also a plus if you have: Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Google Looker (formerly Data Studio).
