This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and align the implementation schedule for a new client.

• Follow up on the implementation process with the new client.

• Perform setup/configuration of the new system.

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process.

• Present and guide the new client on how to use the platform.

• Address and resolve technical support tickets.

• Collaborate with relevant departments regarding client issues (ensure solutions are provided).

• Facilitate the troubleshooting of technical problems in cases of bugs (create tasks).

• Guide the client and keep them informed about resolutions.

• Create support materials according to support demands.

• Monitor customer satisfaction indicators (quantitative and qualitative).

• Develop relationships with clients.

• Create materials/communications for the launch of new features.

• Build training sessions and usage guidelines for features.

• Identify product improvements and relay them to the team.

• Availability to work on weekends.

• Basic technology tools (Excel, ChatGPT, automation).

• Attention to quality and detail-oriented.

• Clear and educational communication skills.

• Proactive attitude and initiative.

• Ability to solve problems effectively.

• Quick learning capability.

• Positive energy and good interpersonal relationships.

• Advantageous: Previous experience in customer service and project development using Artificial Intelligence.
