Esports Performance Coach – League of Legends, Valorant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers outstanding coaching services to clients while adhering to the standards set by EPA coaching.

• Provides guidance during the recruitment and development phases of various collegiate esports programs.

• Engages in coaching and instructional activities.

• Offers counseling, advice, and referrals to student-competitors regarding personal and academic issues.

• Participates in assigned staff development sessions on a scheduled basis.

• Coaches and instructs the designated varsity team using recognized best practices.

• Develops and demonstrates a foundational understanding of student development theories.

• Ensures the accurate completion of administrative tasks for groups under their supervision (e.g., tournament registration forms, maintaining appropriate grade point averages, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience coaching the relevant game title at a high level.

• Some familiarity with high-performance training, whether from traditional sports or esports settings.

• Capability to adapt to and understand the EPA Coaching standards.

• 2-5 years of experience coaching high-performing teams in the specified title.

• Successful completion of a background check.
