📋 Description

• Your mission will be to translate complex business challenges into feasible AI architectures, ensuring that the models, tools, and data implemented generate real value, efficiency, and innovation for the company. If you possess strong technical expertise in AI/Data but excel in communicating with directors, product managers, and business partners, this position is for you.

• **Business Translation:** Act as the primary link between business areas and technical teams (Data Scientists, AI/Data Engineers, PMs, and Developers), translating process pain points and corporate goals into AI solution requirements.

• **Solution Design and Architecture:** Create high-level architectures for systems and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (including Generative AI, Traditional Machine Learning, and LLMs), ensuring scalability, governance, and technical feasibility.

• **Feasibility Assessment:** Evaluate the technical feasibility and potential return on investment of AI initiatives before internal development or partner engagement.

• **Technical Leadership and Influence:** Provide technical guidance to squads or development teams in implementing designed solutions, ensuring alignment with business expectations.

• **Tech Scouting:** Identify market trends, new tools, and AI solutions (OpenAI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, open-source) that could accelerate the digital maturity of the area.

• **Governance and Ethics:** Ensure that proposed solutions comply with information security guidelines, LGPD, and ethical/responsible AI practices.

• **AI Financial Management and Cost Optimization (AI FinOps):** Continuously monitor, forecast, and optimize recurring costs of AI infrastructure (such as token consumption in LLMs, inference time, GPU instances, and external API calls). Ensure that scalable architecture not only addresses the problem but remains financially viable and sustainable in the long term relative to the area’s budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Administration with a focus on Technology, or related fields. A postgraduate/MBA in AI or Business will be considered an advantage.

• **Senior Experience:** Solid prior experience working with Data projects, Advanced Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.

• **Architecture Profile:** Practical experience in designing technological solutions (ecosystem vision, API integrations, data pipelines, and model consumption).

• **Corporate AI Knowledge:** Familiarity with the state of the art in AI (concepts of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Fine-tuning, as well as classic Machine Learning techniques).

• **Cloud Knowledge:** Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services aimed at AI/Data.

• **Effective Communication:** Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to decision-makers (Directors and executives) and translate business goals for developers.

• **Critical Thinking and Business Orientation:** Genuine focus on pragmatically solving problems, evaluating cost-benefit, and the value generated for the company (rather than just using technology for its own sake).

• **Influence and Negotiation:** Skill in managing different stakeholders, aligning expectations, and prioritizing demands.

• **Resilience and Autonomy:** Comfort in dynamic, ambiguous environments undergoing constant technical transformation.

• **Desirables:** Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and certifications in Cloud Architecture or Data/AI Architecture.
