• Mitigate operational risk

• Define and iterate control matrices and regulatory frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong and demonstrable experience of 5+ years leading areas or projects in process governance and performance indicator management

• Technical specialist in identifying, mapping, controlling, and mitigating operational risks

• Advanced proficiency in defining and parameterizing KPIs, SLAs, and corporate governance models

• Proven practical experience in structuring RACI matrices and facilitating organizational performance management rituals

• Proactivity and autonomy
