This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Manage leads to maximize conversions.
• Conduct personalized consultations via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
• Explain the benefits of programs, address inquiries, and finalize sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up until final enrollment.
• Document and report progress metrics and productivity in CRM.
• Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Experience in selling intangible products (plans, insurance, banking, telecommunications, loans, call centers).
• Experience with high-ticket sales and managing cold leads.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate, building trust with clients.
• Initiative and proactivity, with a results-oriented mindset and resilience under pressure.
• Desirable: International experience or experience with foreign clients.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• A multicultural, dynamic environment.
