This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage leads to maximize conversions.
• Provide personalized consultations via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
• Explain the benefits of the programs, address inquiries, and close sales.
• Maintain constant follow-up until final enrollment.
• Document and report progress and productivity metrics in the CRM.
• Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Experience in sales of intangible products (plans, insurance, banking, telecommunications, credit, call center).
• Experience with high-ticket items and handling cold leads.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate, building trust with clients.
• Initiative and proactivity, with a results-oriented focus and resilience under pressure.
• Interest in the education sector and understanding of the impact of the work.
• Desirable: International experience or experience with foreign clients.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• A multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Training and development to help you become an expert in international education.
