This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide assistance and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and IT services.
• Offer first and second-level technical support to end users.
• Manage tickets, follow up on cases, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Manage access, identities, and basic security policies.
• Oversee corporate antivirus and EDR solutions.
• Assist in the management of technological assets and IT inventories.
• Monitor critical services and execute preventive actions.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Validate connectivity and service availability at remote locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and specialized teams when necessary.
• Document procedures, incidents, and applied solutions.
• Suggest improvements in processes, automation, and standardization of IT support.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience in medium to large corporate environments.
• Experience in remote support, multi-site, or field service.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Aranda, ServiceDesk Plus, GLPI, ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar.
• Knowledge of corporate networks: switching, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN Site-to-Site.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls.
• Knowledge of communication links: fiber optics, microwave, or Starlink.
• Experience with corporate antivirus, EDR, backups, and IT asset management.
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication.
• **Desirable:**
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of email security solutions like Proofpoint or similar.
• IP Telephony experience.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, or related to infrastructure/cybersecurity.
• Experience in industries with distributed operations or high criticality, such as mining, energy, or manufacturing.
