This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver high-quality technical training programs to clients and internal employees related to software systems and machine operations.
• Provide hands-on support to clients during the learning phase and initial machine operation stages to ensure successful adoption.
• Conduct reinforcement and advanced training sessions for existing clients to strengthen knowledge and introduce new features or updates.
• Facilitate internal training programs for new employees to support integration and the development of technical knowledge.
• Assist with pre-acceptance testing and final acceptance testing at client sites, ensuring training aligns with operational requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and related documentation.
• Create and issue training certificates upon successful course completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Service, Sales) to ensure training content reflects current products and customer needs.
• Serve as a professional representative of the company when interacting with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• U.S. visa required for travel to training sessions and conferences.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips to Europe and the USA.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable work style with the ability to quickly resolve problems in dynamic environments.
• High proficiency in computers and software; experience with technical systems preferred.
• Technical ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• High level of professionalism and respect when interacting with clients from different cultures.
