This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS EKS and ECS environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Automate operational processes, support routines, and infrastructure activities utilizing Shell Script and Python.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, observability, and performance analysis solutions using Dynatrace.
• Provide support and analysis for .NET and Node.js applications, identifying bottlenecks, errors, and areas for improvement.
• Administer and resolve issues related to AWS services, including EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, and other infrastructure components.
• Engage in the management, investigation, and mitigation of critical incidents, ensuring rapid service recovery.
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Operations teams to strengthen reliability practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the application of best practices in security, networking, and connectivity in AWS environments.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), proposing preventive and corrective actions.
• Support technological modernization initiatives, cost optimization, and increased operational efficiency in cloud environments.
• Contribute to the advancement of SRE, DevOps, and observability practices within the project.
• Solid experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS.
• Practical experience with EKS and ECS.
• Experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Knowledge in automation using Python and Shell Script.
• Experience with Dynatrace and observability tools.
• Familiarity with .NET and Node.js applications.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, ELB/ALB, and infrastructure components.
• Experience in managing and mitigating critical incidents.
• Knowledge of security, networking, and connectivity in cloud environments.
• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience with advanced SRE practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes in large corporate environments.
• Knowledge in cost optimization in AWS environments (FinOps).
• Experience with advanced observability and APM.
• Experience in critical and high-availability environments.
• AWS certifications.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AI-enabled DevOps & AMS initiatives.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
