Especialista de Sistemas – SAP MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support & Development: Ensure continuous support and enhancement of the SAP MM (Retail) module functionalities.

• Internal Consulting: Provide functional consulting and conduct system analysis, generating detailed technical specifications for the development and implementation of new sub-modules and improvements.

• System Optimization: Implement enhancements and updates in SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.

• Quality & Risk Mitigation: Conduct impact analyses and robust integrated testing to ensure system stability before any go-live of changes or updates.

• Hands-On (Configuration and Debugging): Configure modules, perform debugging to identify root causes, and analyze logs and reports to anticipate and resolve potential issues.

• Governance: Create clear functional specifications for Z customizations in SAP and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

• Projects: Actively participate in the entire project lifecycle related to the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

• Market Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the implementation or support of the SAP MM module with a focus on Retail.

• Technical Ecosystem: Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and Fiori interface.

• Project & Background: Previous experience in AMS support model and in projects involving system integration (SAP + WMS) or migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (or version upgrading of S/4HANA).

• Integration Technologies: Knowledge of APIs and Web Services.

• Process Mastery: Strong knowledge of inventory management flows, physical inventory, procurement processes, and material receiving.

• Desired Soft Skills & Competencies: Proactive profile with a strong ability to self-manage multiple projects and simultaneous demands. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into functional terms and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Sharp logical reasoning for analyzing and resolving complex system issues.
