
ESG Field Sales – Named Account and New Logo Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic clients, cultivating strong relationships and trust to promote sustainable business growth.
• Proactively oversee and enhance existing accounts, pinpointing opportunities to broaden the use of ESG cyber security solutions.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, requirements, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to execute customized strategies that utilize the entire ESG security solution portfolio.
• Ensure high client satisfaction levels by consistently delivering value and providing proactive support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Portfolio Adoption & Solution Delivery: Facilitate the adoption of ESG cyber security solutions, guaranteeing that clients fully appreciate the value of the products.
• Work with clients to identify deficiencies in their IT capabilities and recommend solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to highlight the capabilities of ESG solutions.
• Provide leadership during the implementation and deployment phases, ensuring a smooth integration of solutions into the client’s environment.
• Sales Growth & Revenue Retention: Achieve and surpass new logo revenue, retention, and growth targets by qualifying and converting leads, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Lead the creation and execution of strategic account plans, focusing on driving portfolio expansion and securing renewals.
• Recognize risks to account health and take proactive measures to reduce client churn, thereby securing long-term partnerships.
• Engage in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, delivering insights on solution performance and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and technical support, to ensure client needs are fulfilled.
• Act as a client advocate within Arrow, relaying feedback to product management and development teams to drive product enhancements.
• Work together with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that promote ESG cyber security solutions.
• Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales within the cyber security field.
• Strong knowledge of ESG cyber security solutions (or similar technologies) and their significance in a comprehensive IT strategy.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with a knack for establishing trust with senior stakeholders (CISO, IT Directors, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue retention and growth objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
• Must be located in Ireland.
