📋 Description

• Offers escrow services for both residential and commercial transactions

• Facilitates real estate deals and maintains communication with clients

• Manages escrow accounts and completes settlement processes

• Serves as a neutral intermediary among all parties involved in the transaction

• Typically requires over 5 years of relevant work experience
