Escalator Engineer – Nights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of escalators and moving walkways at rail stations, airport links, and significant transport hubs across Greater London.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and emergency callouts on escalators and moving walkways from a variety of manufacturers.

• Apply mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills to ensure passenger equipment operates safely and reliably.

• Uphold high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer support.

• Carry out thorough risk assessments.

• Keep site log cards updated during each visit.

• Work with KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in working with escalators and moving walkways.

• A valid UK driving license is a must.

• Experienced escalator engineer residing within the M25 area.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not offered.
