Escalator Engineer – Nights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee, service, and repair escalators and moving walkways at rail stations, airport connections, and significant transport hubs throughout Greater London.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and urgent callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers.

• Utilize mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to ensure passenger equipment operates safely and dependably.

• Uphold high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Execute thorough risk assessments.

• Keep site log cards updated during each visit.

• Work on KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment.

• Follow a 19:00–07:00 work schedule on a 4-on, 4-off basis, including 12-hour shifts with a 45-minute unpaid break.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in servicing escalators and moving walkways.

• A valid UK driving license is mandatory.

• Experienced escalator engineer residing within the M25 area.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not offered.
