Escalator Engineer – Days

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of various escalator systems throughout Greater London's rail and transport facilities.

• Service, maintain, and repair escalators and moving walkways in key rail and underground locations.

• Work on KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment.

• Carry out fault-finding on both mechanical and electrical systems.

• Execute maintenance, repairs, and respond to callouts for escalators and moving walkways from multiple manufacturers.

• Ensure exceptional standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit.

• Operate across Greater London, including Gatwick Airport and Stansted Airport stations.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in working on escalators and moving walkways.

• A valid UK driving license is mandatory.

• An experienced escalator engineer residing within the M25 area.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not offered.
