This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist ESC Electricians in designated markets
• Organize daily responsibilities, focus areas, and field coverage
• Provide coaching to team members on performance, quality, efficiency, and technical problem-solving
• Assess team performance to ensure service standards are achieved
• Train both new and existing ESC Electricians to enhance their skills
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical or operational support escalation
• Identify and resolve intricate residential electrical problems
• Anticipate potential electrical challenges to prevent installation delays
• Direct installation, troubleshooting, repair, and post-installation electrical tasks
• Analyze field data, images, plans, and documentation to find solutions
• Ensure that electrical work adheres to NEC, local regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate resources to address urgent issues in the field
• Collaborate with Installation, Service, Engineering, Project Management, and other internal teams
• Monitor recurring issues and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements
• Elevate significant technical, safety, or operational issues as needed
• Accurately document electrical issues, resolutions, and completed tasks
• Ensure uniformity in ESC procedures across various markets
• Assist with staffing and scheduling in response to field demand fluctuations
• Extensive experience in residential electrical work is essential
• Prior experience in leading, supervising, or mentoring electricians or field teams is required
• Experience with residential solar projects is highly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Exceptional skills in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Capability to quickly assess problems and develop viable, code-compliant solutions
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic field environment
• Comfortable working in collaboration with field and remote operational teams
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory
• Electrical license is preferred, based on relevant state and local regulations
