ERP Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide technical solutions for the implementation, migration, and optimization of Unit4 ERP projects.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and customer stakeholders to analyze requirements.

• Develop integrations, extensions, reports, and customizations utilizing APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and low-code tools.

• Execute data migration tasks, encompassing analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance development, documentation, analysis, and testing processes.

• Diagnose technical issues, assist in testing, and create clear documentation and handover materials.

• Offer ad-hoc consultancy services to current clients.

• Relay improvement suggestions and customer feedback to product and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing technical position.

• Practical experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.

• Daily hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in technical tasks.

• Familiarity with data migration processes, mapping, and validation techniques.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the skill to convert requirements into effective solutions.

• A well-structured, independent, and customer-focused approach to work.

• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Preferred experience with Unit4 ERP, particularly with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting, or migration tools.

• Knowledge of SQL, Liquid, C#, scripting, or low-code development.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.

• Background in working within international project teams.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
