ERP Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent ERP support, maintenance, testing, deployment, and enhancement services for users globally across the Americas and Europe.

• Assist in the transition from Microsoft Navision to Business Central Cloud utilizing the Evision vertical solution.

• Evaluate business requirements, determine feasibility, and participate in solution design, planning, testing, transition, and service delivery.

• Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and effective change management within ERP processes.

• Collaborate with developers, partners, and team members to review, test, document, and implement changes according to established standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent business communication skills in English; preferably located in Europe.

• Experience in supporting Microsoft Navision, Business Central, and/or D365 within an international service context.

• Understanding of ERP processes across various functions including finance, commercial, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution.

• Experience in managing ERP applications throughout the entire systems lifecycle, encompassing upgrades or implementations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Polish, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.

• Degree or equivalent experience in IT, informatics, or Microsoft ERP technologies.

• Experience in managing suppliers, partners, or third-party support providers.

• ITIL Foundation certification.
